Jimmy Kimmel Live and Lock It In on-air personality Cousin Sal joins NFL Network/Adam Carolla podcast’s Dave Dameshek multiple times a week to discuss sports and entertainment items as well other nonsense almost guaranteed to annoy people. Sal and Shek kick off September by ranking what they believe to be the best months. Following this, they recap this week’s ‘Hard Knocks’ by discussing JaQuan Hardy and Leighton Vander Esch’s terrible attempts at beating Micah Parsons at Connect 4. Next, they talk about Cam Newton being cut and if starting Mac Jones Week 1 is the right move, followed by the updated Rookie of the Year odds. Sal and Dave continue on with the NFL talk as they explore the odds on the regular-season win bands on FanDuel and tell the listeners which one’s they like best. Dave also has a message for those in his fantasy football league who are waiting to see if they are safe from being kicked out. Finally, Sal gets to talk about his Mets winning a doubleheader, but then having to find a piece of jewelry that fan favorite, Javy Baez, had lost.
