News Clues is a weekly news quiz with your hosts Alex and Piper who try to stump each other with the weirdest news of the week.
Hey friend, do you have some God-sized dreams bubbling up inside? Do you sometimes wonder why life has to be such a challenge while you try to accomplish the things God is calling you to? Maybe you’ve parked some goals, or walked away from your calling, or let your purpose sit on the sidelines because it seemed too overwhelming, too intimidating or too insignificant to God? Would that change if I told you that God already has a current of grace ready and waiting, where His amazing provision greets your path with peace so you can flourish in the favor on your life?! He does! Yes, that Holy Spirit tug that won’t go away is His invitation to a lifestyle of flourishing by walkling in the grace you have received. 2 Cor. 2:6 The key to unlocking HIS path where all the roadblocks you keep bumping into like doubt, confusion, uncertainty, lack of provision, yearning to hear God and know it’s His voice, finding His direction for your Big DREAMS…. all the things…. come when we learn to collaborate with Him, and operate in our inheritance of Grace. Oh yes Grace, the most powerful, yet vaguely undefined GIFT, that was restored and credited to us through Christ. Yet, after salvation, we often treat grace like a neglected bank account! It’s time to change that and dig into the scriptures that show us what Grace really is and how to pull from that heavenly inheritance flowing from the Father’s throne (Rev. 3:15) ready to propel us on the ride of our life. Hey there! I’m Michelle, wife, mom, certified business coach, podcast host and soon to be Christian author. I’ve struggled through some dark days raising kids, while keeping a marriage healthy, finances juggled and trying to find time for the call I felt from God. While everyone around me seemed to be content with motherhood and jobs, I hit a place where I told God I could not go on serving Him like this… stuck and confused as to why things weren’t working or moving forward… discouraged and overwhelmed as I was faced with my fears, doubts and failures that accumulated while trying to achieve the life and God-sized dreams I felt called to. Being the good Father that He is, God extended the invitation in Colossians 2:6, “as you have received Christ, so walk in Him.” I knew that I received Christ by grace, but I had no idea how to walk by that grace. And friends, this invitation took me to the place I’d been longing for, a place where I could blaze my trail while collaborating with GOD’s grace each day… every step of the way. It felt like a Grace Current that was propelling me at a God-led pace, in a crystal clear path, with miraculous provision and finally… peace. The result was a head on collision with Third John 1:2 , flourishing and prospering as my soul prospered. The God-sized dreams I had for my family, my faith, my lifestyle, my businesses and my marriage began to materialize, while my steady companions of overwhelm, confusion and lack of resources began to disappear. I want that for you too, friend, and so does God. So much that He’d move a girl like me to start a podcast and shout it from the rooftop. So that God can draw you near, show you how to use His provision… your inheritance of GRACE…. so that you can take up your cross, flourish, prosper and achieve your dreams. This is how God meant His healthy Kingdom citizens to live: fulfilled, flourishing & fruitful, on earth as it is in heaven. So, if you’re ready, it’s time to make some withdrawals on your inheritance and discover the amazing feeling of being propelled by grace as you achieve your God-sized dreams and desires. Can’t wait to share more with you each week on, “The Grace Current!” XO, Michelle
