This podcast came to be from the idea of having a voice diary for our children after our newest and very unexpected addition. We believe that this audio diary can be some sort of roadmap for our children when it’s time to go through the same journey of parenting. After thinking more about it, we came to the realization that with this podcast, we could pool together more ideas for them and other people out in the world.
We hope to share with and learn from other parents and maybe we can leave something behind for our kids to enjoy with their own children. At the very least, we will be able to listen to it in the future when we’re old and gray and have a good laugh.
Join us in this journey through parenthood- for the second time.

In this podcast, I ask other artists my favorite question—What do you do for money? I’m curious to know how creative people make things work for them. What is their lifestyle outside of the 9 to 5 working hour frame? How does their “day job” affect their identity as artists, and vice versa? Let’s demystify the concept of working artists by talking about those normal/boring/exciting/absurd/under-the-table/bad-ass day jobs!
