Making Connections

by

Since Jun 9, 2021 14:02 UTC

We believe that the process of Truth and Reconciliation requires direct regular contact between the peoples who truly own Canada – our indigenous brothers and sisters – and the rest of us guests in this country. Making Connections reflects on the impact of our youth programs in remote indigenous communities and how we can build on these interactions by our younger generation in order to build a more equitable future for all Canadians. It is mostly a non-indigenous perspective as we look to involve indigenous youth, adults, and elders to help us continue to understand how we can all reach that ultimate goal to real Truth and Reconciliation.
