You can dismiss them as told by folks with great imaginations. You might even call them liars. Most people do. If you’re like me though, there is always that nagging question you ask, but can’t get an answer to. That question: What if it’s True?

We can ask 1,000 people and get 1,000 different answers to this question. I am on a quest to find all the gurus in the wellness space. I am looking for people in and outside the realm of what we assume ‘wellness’ is: fitness experts to environmental activists, naturopaths, innovative medical doctor, western medicine doctors, estheticians, clairvoyants, acupuncturists, mental health professionals, buddhists and so on. I want to hear from their unique points of view, what does achieving wellness look like? What are the barriers to wellness in our society and what are the individual/societal trends that create new roadblocks to achieving wellness? The question also has to be asked about what are the impacts we can have on each other to not only help ourselves achieve wellness, but those around us who may not have the same access we do. Obviously, we all also want to know how to stay young forever! Some of these grander more broadly philosophical questions will be paired with the practical, micro concerns like crow’s feet.
