Radio 4 used to produce a show entitled ‘Down Your Way’. The basic premise, being to interview people from all walks of life. I am setting out to try and replicate this. Inevitably there will be interviewees from the entertainment industry, yet ultimately I want to interview a diverse cross section of folk who interest me and possibly you ?! We were unhappy trudging toward some perceived security and decided to do something to change it. So, in 2021, we sold our house, cars, and almost everything we owned and became location independent. We are now full-time international slow travelers negotiating how to live the dream and a regular life at the same time. I want to share my writings, my songs, my voice and my thoughts. I long to seek after that invisible, golden thread with my peers and those who lived through the decades I’ve come to idealize (the 70’s and the 90’s) and carry that lauded spirit deeply interweaved into the threaded tapestry of their beings. And then, through coming to find that shared thread of reverence, maybe, we can all come together, right now, over me.
