Here Comes Trubble is a love letter to a time long past. A time of fluorescent vests, whistles, horns and pharmaceutical experimentation. The ’90s was arguably a definitive time for music – but against the more mainstream Britpop raged a scene that hasn’t died, as was widely predicted. Hardcore and Jungle thrived on and this podcast is a living statue to the sounds that bounced a generation. If you love the hardcore, if you feel the vibes, if you can still touch the lasers, then you’ve come to the right place. Here Comes Trubble – look busy…

My name is Bryce Bowers, and don’t let the name of this podcast fool you. I love preaching. I have been impacted by some great preaching in my life. However, often, there are stories that don’t make it to the pulpit. There are jokes, quotes, and topics that don’t fit in with what gets shared on a Sunday morning. Those stories still have the ability to inspire, make you laugh, and transform our world. That’s where I come in. Because you can hear an impactful message every Sunday morning, but for an impactful conversation, there is no pulpit required.

“Unfiltered: Afghan, not Dewana,” is a podcast that focuses on raising mental health awareness in Afghan communities and societies. Often, when we tell other Afghans or even our parents that we are “depressed” or “sad”, the word “dewana” gets thrown back at us. Dewana translates to “crazy” in Dari and each episode will help you better understand that feeling sad and depressed does not mean we are crazy. My mission is twofold: breaking cultural barriers around mental health discussions, fostering better communication amongst Afghans, and amplifying Afghan voices worldwide. Each episode brings unique guests, encouraging open conversations and sharing stories to foster empathy and unity, as well as some solo episodes. Let’s embrace vulnerability, shatter boundaries, and make a difference as the proud, resilient Afghans we are. Email me at medinamua18@gmail.com with topic ideas or questions. Together, we’ll grow and heal. Together, my #notdewana family we will make our culture even more beautiful than it already is.

We’ll be asking them what the catalyst was to take the plunge and make a change.
We find out how they got to where they are now, what they’ve learned along the way, and what their advice is to other aspiring agri-innovators.
So, settle in and listen up as we serve you a healthy dose of inspiration, motivation, and maybe even challenge your thinking a little.

Hi! My names Yaalit. Like many people my age (25), I’m curious, motivated, and have no clue what I really want to do with my life. What I do know, is that I have some pretty amazing people in my linkedin network. I decided to take advantage of that fact, and start my own little podcast. Somewhere I can talk to all kinds of people, from all types of fields. Learn, engage, and ultimately, just network! I hope anyone listening enjoys these as much as I enjoy recording them. Any and all feedback is appreciated!
