Did you know that 73% of patients consider their physician’s selling skills as the most important aspect of their appointment? How will the right selling technique provide you with the ability to connect and interact with potential and current patients?
Welcome to the Rehab to Wellness B.O.S.S Podcast! I’m your host, Kim Nartker, PTA. In this week’s episode, I will talk about why selling is the key foundation to your business success and how selling allows you to reach your ideal customers to be able to serve them in the way they want. I will also talk about some tips to help you communicate with your patients in a manner that will win their hearts.
She will touch on such topics as:
– What is selling? And who are you selling to?
– How will you recognize your potential client that will help you understand if there is a match between what you have to offer and what they need?
– As a service-provider, you’re selling who you are and what you do for a consumer.
– Patient communication is one important aspect of patient care you cannot afford to compromise on.
– A patient’s experience in your medical practice starts from the time he or she makes the appointment and right through the duration of the treatment.
– Understanding your clients will help to get more sales. The more you know them, the easier for you to identify the opportunities to help them with their needs.
– Educating your clients during the treatment session helps them understand the process while you are providing the treatment that gets them to meeting their personal goals.
– Develop a process that is based around your consumer behavior.
– How can you enhance the customer experience that will help you bond with your patients and encourage them to keep coming back?
