Made popular by a former Navy Seal, this principle challenges individuals to push past their limits and exit their comfort zone. When you hit that wall, when you’re ready to toss in the towel, when your mind is telling you “quit” and your body is saying “enough,” you’re really only at forty percent. There is more that you can be doing, but it often will require you to get outside of your comfort zone. One of the ways we are living this lifestyle is through our podcast, Resist Forty: Tales of Outliers. This is a weekly podcast hosted by Resist Forty co-founders and entrepreneurs Shane Karolyi and Trevor Norton.
