Infertility And Me sheds light on the struggles of infertility in a safe space. Monique chats with guests about reproductive justice, pregnancy loss/miscarriage, male factor infertility, rare conditions such as MRKH, endometriosis, LGBTQ+ paths to parenthood, single moms by choice, and what happens when fertility friends walk away childless. Occasionally, experts appear on the show to offer tips and advice.
Our goal is to normalize (in)fertility conversations to validate, give hope, and create a community where no one is left silently suffering. Your host is Monique Farook, an IVF mom to one and infertility advocate.
Email info@moniquefarook.com for questions, feedback, or submit your story for a chance to record with Monique on the show. Episodes are available on YouTube too!

Mandy ran into ample hurdles along the way. She states on one of her Instagram posts: “At first, my doctors told me I was “too old” to get pregnant, “too old” to pursue IVF. But I knew my body, and I knew it was worth a try. So I did it anyway.”
Brandy and her husband embarked on their path to family expansion and did so by going abroad to Barbados to seek assisted reproductive care. After years of struggling to get pregnant and 3 rounds of IVF, they welcomed their first child, a baby girl when Mandy was 42.

Each episode, I’ll be chatting with extraordinary people who are enjoying success in their field, and saying to them, “let’s take a look in your mirror”. Each of us has our own story of overcoming adversity. Getting past those obstacles. Leaving the past behind us. In this show, you’ll hear how some of the most successful and extraordinary household names of now and the future have overcome their demons to win big in life. Everyone has a story of how they’ve looked in their mirror, and then looked back at their past life from the rear view mirror. My hope is that you listen to these stories, and then feel inspired in some way to model yourself on these guests. After all, they ARE extraordinary people. Eventually, maybe you, too, can feel inspired to look back at your past life in your rear view mirror.

A Woman of No Importance is a play by Irish playwright Oscar Wilde. The play premièred on 19 April 1893 at London’s Haymarket Theatre. It is a testimony of Wilde’s wit and his brand of dark comedy. Tagalog, which is mainly spoken in the Philippines, is one of the most beautiful languages in Asia. Writer and self-confessed language nerd Kris Andres wants to share that beauty with you. Whether you are visiting the country for business or pleasure, married or dating someone from the Philippines, an English-speaking Filipino trying to find their ethnic identity, or just trying to learn something new, this podcast is for you. It features lessons and exercises that would help you understand the Tagalog language and (hopefully) speak like native Pinoys.
