A guide to DIY investing by a DIY investor. I’m an unemployed, 31-year-old Army veteran living in Nebraska with ZERO professional investing experience. Even so, I made over $8,000 in the stock market in 2020. My strategy wasn’t complicated and it wasn’t original: I followed all the advice from investment books I have been listening to since 2016. As I was listening to these books and developing my investing strategy, I realized that if more people knew how this worked, they would be doing it. So I came up with this podcast to share what I’ve learned and what my experience has been.
