The SWYS podcast serves to identify your next steps of learning and practice in order to cultivate character, develop your ability to lead, and reach the next level of achievement. This podcast is broken into two categories: Interviews and modern high performance research. We explore four inventories (Myers-Briggs, StrengthFinders, Enneagram, and 5 Love Languages) to establish a foundation of “Knowing Thyself” to lead thyself and through interview and research we analyze the 7 dimensions of optimal performance. Listeners will receive action items after each episode to implement the most nuance and effective habits, mantras, and routines in their own lives. It’s never too late to “Start Where You Stand”.
