Invest For More Real Estate Show

Invest For More Real Estate Show

    by

    Since Dec 29, 2020 13:37 UTC

Are you sick of spending hours consuming real estate content only to learn the same information? Losing motivation to take action because you are so overwhelmed with what to do within your business. Over the last 5 years, I have had high moments and low moments all stemming from the same problem. Getting distracted by the shiny object syndrome so many other podcasts focus on. One week it is flipping houses. The next it is making six figures with Airbnb. Then moving on to multifamily apartments the week after. In the Invest For More Real Estate Show, I focus on providing actionable steps at the end of each show so you know what to do next. These are not 45 minute to hour-long episodes… They are 5-10 minutes which you can listen to right away in the morning or on your way to work to identify an action plan for the day. And I don’t keep you waiting each week for more content. New shows are released every single day to provide my listeners with as much value as possible. If you are an experienced real estate investor or just beginning in the real estate space, you will find tremendous value in listening to this podcast. Carter walks you through past, current, and potential deals they are actively investing in. He discusses how he runs numbers, finds deals, and negotiates with sellers. And he goes over the pros and cons of each investment strategy. Start listening today and you will not be disappointed.

    by

    Since Sep 13, 2020 17:16 UTC

Its the end of a long day of drum corps, its just about time for lights out, but before you go to bed you’re in the mood to just talk with your friends about what’s on your mind, whether its humorous stories about how the tour bus broke down, or more serious topics about being pushed too far by staff. Hosted by some of the same people that brought you the Drum Corps Podcast, Cyrus Heidary and Gareth Ramsey discuss various topics and stories alongside guests on Lights Out! The goal of this podcast is to unwind, vent about our experiences, and learn about how the activity can be better.

Frozen in Time: Scott’s Antarctic Legacy

    by

    Since Dec 13, 2021 03:00 UTC

Scott’s Terra Nova hut has a history rich in both triumph and tragedy that is proudly on display at Cape Evans.Step inside and you will find the building in good health with more than 11,000 artefacts left behind by expeditions of Scott and Shackleton carefully conserved. It is, as Sir David Attenborough described, frozen in time. That is due to the painstaking conservation work undertaken by New Zealand’s Antarctic Heritage Trust. We began a seven year journey to conserve the hut and the artefacts in it in 2007.The conservation programme was painstaking in its detail – nails numbered, removed and put back in their original holes. Every artefact documented, conserved and placed back in the hut.Conserving history in one of the world’s harshest environments takes perseverance, experience and innovation.Join the Trust’s Chief Operations Officer, Francesca Eathorne as she visits the hut, speaks to the conservation experts and hears how they worked within the world’s most extreme environment to save this important piece of Antarctic history.Find out more at www.nzaht.org

Hello and welcome to The Cheer Up Luv Podcast, with me your host, Eliza Hatch. This is a podcast based on the photo series Cheer Up Luv, which is a campaign I started in 2017, dedicated to retelling stories of sexual harassment. In this podcast, I will be interviewing a number or artists, activists and creatives about their work, and discussing your submitted stories of sexual harassment, with the aim of dismantling myths and challenging some of the things that have become normalised in our day to day lives.
