Dare to Reimagine is a show that brings bold new ideas from the innovators who are transforming customer experience and changing the way businesses connect with customers.
    Our host says it best:
“On the podcast, we want to help companies rethink what’s possible in CX, and dare to reimagine to be different.” – Genefa Murphy
Join a lineup of industry luminaries who discuss topics like the power of the cloud, the contact center of the future, AI, customer experience, agent empowerment, omnichannel in the call center, and more.
If your goal is to deliver extraordinary experiences for your customers and your contact center agents, this is the podcast for you. Without regular maintenance, your contact center’s back-end software can pile up, causing a drop in performance and even larger issues down the line. Even more concerning, if you are planning a move to the Cloud, you want to ensure you don’t carry legacy problems and dirty data with you.
McGee-Smith Analytics President & Principal Analyst Sheila McGee-Smith and Blackchair CEO & Co-Founder Jason Owen share their tips for keeping your CX software clean and adaptable for future challenges.
Ready to rethink what’s possible in CX? Follow us on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, our website, or anywhere you get podcasts.

    That Soul Thing

“Bhuts Tunz is a Purveyor of deep, infectious dance grooves and a feel-good atmosphere.” That’s how Bhuts Tunz describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy. Having grown up in Soweto, a vibrant musical hub, this impact of different sounds have played a huge influence in his deejaying pallet. His own love for music combined with his passion has seen him flourish in he field for over 10 years. Bhuts ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best: beautiful synth work, ethereal backdrops, brooding basslines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling house beat. Though he loves playing in clubs, patios and special events, his love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes. As a qualified Sound Engineer/producer,and brand builder, he has found plenty of ways to express himself musically. He also has hosted his own solo gigs , A HangOut with BhutsTunz, a musical experience that sees host all backgrounds with one thing in mind, the unity in music and having a great time. “For me, it’s all about mood and a deep, hypnotic groove… playing those tracks that get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realizing it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date.”
