    Spirituality, No Cap!

    by

    Since Oct 20, 2021 12:33 UTC

In the beginning it’s easy to fall victim to the views of others, when what’s MOST important is “your view”. It’s the only thing that REALLY matters. Once you are aware that there is more than what you were taught growing up….Now, what?! Well, now the REAL self discovery starts. It’s the “scavenger hunt”back to self!! It’s not always a easy road, but it’s a road that’s worth truly discovering how powerful you are. We are not here as your teacher, but as a friend!! However, if you learn something from us along the way than our job was a success. Come share in a convo with us!

    Insights into Success

    Insights into Success

    by

    Since Nov 5, 2020 19:00 UTC

Insights into Success has been created to give small business owners and entrepreneurs around the world, never before access to successful business people to hear about their “warts and all” journey to success. There is no “sugar coating”, we want to hear the truth so our listeners can have realistic expectations and therefore be better prepared to succeed! We specifically want to know, just how close they came to failure and why they think they ultimately succeeded. What do they think our listeners need to do in order to succeed? As part of the series, we also feature the theme “Read to Succeed”, a short podcast where we ask those successful business people that are readers, whether they read a book that had a meaningful impact on their journey to success. What was it? What was it about and what were the key “takeaways” for them. It need not be a business book, but a book that made a difference. Not all successful people are readers but many are. Reading is a great way to up-skill yourself and learn from the experiences of others! Insights into Success is brought to you by Making Sense of Marketing where we take a “holistic” approach. In order to help solve our followers marketing problems. We recognize the importance of helping them in other ways, which can ultimately impact on their success with marketing. Insights into Success is one of the many resources we have created to help small business owners all around the world. By learning from those that have already succeeded, we hope to help our follower’s shortcut their own journey to success. At Making Sense of Marketing, the feedback we receive from small business owners, is they perceive that they have a shortage of time as they look to juggle their responsibilities. Everyone can spare 15 minutes – right? If you can’t listen to the podcast all at once, no bother, just listen to what you have time for (at least 15 minutes) and come back to hear the rest! You don’t want to miss out on all the great content! We want no excuses, just results for our followers! With our Read to Succeed, they will typically be around 5 to 10 minutes.

Breaking Free: Flying Through the Films of Kenny Ortega

Breaking Free: Flying Through the Films of Kenny Ortega

    by

    Since Feb 8, 2021 05:14 UTC

Kenny Ortega has directed and choreographed iconic movies and concerts for the past 4.5 decades. From Ferris Bueller to Dirty Dancing to Hocus Pocus to High School Musical, Kenny has stayed at the forefront of musical storytelling on stage and screen. Host Zina Ellis and her guests soar/fly through Kenny’s tropes, stage pictures, and unforgettable songs as they analyze how he has remained so relevant over his years of work. Maybe this is an incredibly long gambit by Zina to get more people to watch High School Musical 3 (the best one), but maybe this could be the start of something… great. Missing America

    Missing America

    by

    Since Jul 24, 2020 23:34 UTC

Missing America is the story of how the United States, under Trump, has abdicated its role as an example for the world. Host and former Deputy National Security Advisor to President Obama, Ben Rhodes speaks to inspiring leaders and activists who are fighting to take up the slack in America’s absence, in a world where nationalism, authoritarianism, and disinformation have taken hold like never before. Learning from their examples and advice, we’ll discover what the US must do to confront these challenges. Missing America is a 9 part limited podcast series from Crooked Media.

This fall, when the eyes of the world turn towards Qatar for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, a shadow looms over the tournament, which is one of the most watched events in the world. The sports landscape being co-opted for geo-political and corporate gain is nothing new, but this year’s iteration of football’s biggest competition may be the most expensive example to date. Pod Save the World’s Tommy Vietor and Roger Bennett of Men in Blazers join forces to unravel the riddle of how to enjoy the game we love while holding the powers that control it accountable for their corruptive policies and practices. On this inaugural episode of World Corrupt, a collaboration from Men in Blazers Media Network and Crooked Media, the two hosts share the memories that helped them first fall in love with soccer, while also looking back into the annals of history at past instances of a phenomenon known as “sportswashing.”

So, I Quit My Day Job

    by

Let’s be honest… on bad days, we’ve all dreamt of marching into the boss’s office and saying with undeniable conviction, “I quit”.

There are days when we want to throw in the towel, when we imagine what could’ve been if only we’d wandered down a different career path.

Despite what you may think, it’s never too late to make a change, to reinvent yourself, to follow your dreams… just like Cathrine Mahoney did.

Cathrine left her cushy job as a celebrity publicist to make it as an author. Spoiler alert – she got the book deal and published her first book, Currently Between Husbands, and on top of that, she also started a podcast.

So, I Quit My Day Job, hosted by Cathrine Mahoney, is a podcast inspired by people from all walks of life who share one thing in common; they took a leap of faith and quit their day jobs in pursuit of their dream gig.

From Hairdresser to Crime Scene Cleaner, or Media Sales to Yogi, each episode is a celebration of those who bravely tossed it all in and followed their heart.
