After a lifetime of worrying about what people think, Lisa has finally ditched that and stopped caring and she’s here to get real with you. From the small Madeira Island to the UK on the hunt for a better life, Lisa has gone through some interesting moments. Bullied for years in school, lacking confidence with boys and being the friend that would be left alone on a night out when everyone else was just having fun with their boys, Lisa has changed a lot. On this podcast, Lisa will discuss topics from the freedom of actually stop caring, how to survive through parenthood whilst keeping your identity, to how to love yourself the most because we only have this one life. Each episode will be different, hopefully fun and will add some value! That’s the main goal.
