How do I be a human being? Isn’t that what everyone’s trying to figure out? On This Human Thing, Kat (that’s me writing this description right now) and friends share ideas and stories regarding our human experiences. Just some laid back convos about spirituality, psychology, science, health, relationships, and how to make the most out of our time on this planet. Nothing is off-topic because everything is a part of the human experience. We question reality, dive into our personal journeys, and what we’ve learned from teachers and friends. I’ve found that good conversations are one of the things that make me feel the most alive and connected. I wanted to share these conversations to normalize the fact that no one really knows anything and we’re all just trying to figure it out. We go deep, but keep it lighthearted. And above all, the one thing we really want from life is deep and authentic connection to ourselves and others. So let’s go there.. We’re all in this human thing together.

The idea for the ‘Talking Tech for Good’ podcast grew out of conversations between hosts Jason Bygate and Luvuyo Maskeo as they realised that they were coming up against similar issues in the social impact space when it comes to the adoption and use of technology by these organisations. This podcast sheds some light on the topic of tech and the ways that it can be harnessed to make life easier (and not more difficult, which can sometimes be the case!). Each podcast focuses on a specific topic and various guests join Jason and Luvuyo to discuss these topics. We also hear some questions from our listeners in this space and do our best to answer those and offer hands-on, practical insight and support.
