We’re a Livestream & Podcast that focuses on real people, their stories, and what makes them tick. We want to really get to know some of our favorite humans in the technology community. We discover how they got where they are, and what fuels the fire of their passion. We put in the hard work, research the heck out of our guests, and put out a darn good show. We hope that we can provide value back to the community in order to inspire others through the stories and lessons that our guests share with us. The show is a resource for professionals in Marketing, Entrepreneurs, Design leaders, and Developers. All of these things go hand-in-hand, as we cover most aspects of how technology happens at the speed of business, and who is responsible.

Idylls of the King by TENNYSON, Alfred, Lord

Idylls of the King by TENNYSON, Alfred, Lord

    by

    Since Jan 1, 1970 00:00 UTC

Idylls of the King, published between 1856 and 1885, is a cycle of twelve narrative poems by the English poet Alfred, Lord Tennyson which retells the legend of King Arthur, his knights, his love for Guinevere and her tragic betrayal of him, and the rise and fall of Arthur’s kingdom. The whole work recounts Arthur’s attempt and failure to lift up mankind and create a perfect kingdom, from his coming to power to his death at the hands of the traitor Mordred. Individual poems detail the deeds of various knights, including Lancelot, Geraint, Galahad, and Balin and Balan, and also Merlin and the Lady of the Lake. (Summary by Wikipedia)

    The Dwight and Patty Show

    The Dwight and Patty Show

    by

    Since Jan 15, 2019 02:12 UTC

We are Dwight and Patty, as you might have guessed, two people in a. band called, The Wind and The Wave. We used to broadcast live internet “shows” while on tour, usually from a terrible hotel room on a day off. That show was called ‘The Dwight and Patty Show.’ Those odd little moments, almost more than any other, continue to be one of our most requested pieces of content, so we decided to jump into the podcast ocean to see if we could swim. This podcast is what happens when two bandmates talk about their experiences as artists and humans. For those who enjoy what we do, are able and want to support the show, you can do so at patreon.com/thewindandthewave.

    Clean Audiobook Reviews

    Clean Audiobook Reviews

    by

    Since Feb 4, 2022 17:00 UTC

“Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before obscure men.” Proverbs 22:29 I am a Christian, and I do my best to think only on what is “true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy” (Phil 4:8). It’s hard to find media out there these days that adheres to these standards… and when it does, more often than not, it isn’t very good! I think this is why many of us have given up and just accepted what’s available in mainstream popular culture, attempting to overlook the increasing amount of objectionable material. We think it’s that, or nothing. But we have power: we can vote with our dollars. Supply follows demand! My (admittedly lofty) goal is to do my small part in encouraging our culture to accept nothing less than excellent, clean art—particularly for kids, young adults, and new adults. My blog and podcast are designed to be a resource to help young adults, and families of young adults, find entertaining and clean reads that do not compromise their standards. I also want to help great authors get the recognition they deserve! Disclaimer: my books do occasionally use the words ‘damn’ and ‘hell.’ I don’t have a problem with this, but if you do, then they’re not for you. 😉

    Irish Beer Snob Podcast

    Irish Beer Snob Podcast

    by

    Since Aug 31, 2014 18:37 UTC

The Irish Beer Snob Podcast is an audio experience that discusses the artisan food & craft beer scenes in Ireland by one of Ireland’s leading Craft Beer writers, Wayne Dunne – better known as ‘The Irish Beer Snob’. Joined by his wife, Janice Dunne this series contains the latest news, reviews, interviews & thoughts of the Team IrishBeerSnob & guests.

In this latest interview we visited Larkins Brewing Company in Kilcoole County Wicklow, just outside Dublin, and right next to one of my favourite golf courses in the country, Druid’s Glen

We chat to Cillian about the brewery, how it came about and how it really is a family business. We looked back over their 1st 12 months when they launched at the RDS beer festival to where they are now, and where they’re looking at going.

The beers coming out of Larkins are really good and there will no doubt be more to come. A keen young brewer Cian Hurley, is heading up the production side, while brother Nick helping out full time too. There is a nice feel to the space and environment.

We were also treated to some Baltic Porter from the tank, which should be available at the end of October.

You can follow them online on social media at the following
