Some topics you will hear and learn about are practices like martial arts, yoga, functional resistance training, conscious eating, meditation, and other new practices I discover. What I can offer you is a unique perspective. Remember “everyone knows something you don’t”. Thank you for supporting The I.D.K. Podcast.
