The Your Best Life Podcast is a show from Jesse Daniel Smith & Elena Rae and an extension of the Your Best Life website. When we’re not shooting professional photo/video, recording albums or managing our business we try to engage our best lives through mindfulness & discussion. This show allows us to have long form conversations about the techniques and tactics we’re using to live happier, longer lives with less stress and more understanding. Don’t let this description fool you however, this is not a traditional self-help business. In fact, our business is making music being killer at documenting people living their lives – helping others is the gift that working allows us. That means we’re not trying to get your e-mail, promoting our book or trying to sell you on coming to our conference. No, we’re trying to share the information that has helped us go from a couple unproductive, anxious twenty-somethings to young professionals who are realizing their ambitions.
