Thank you for checking out my very first podcast episode! Let me start by saying that a lot of people have described me as a ‘’Jack of all trades, master of none’’ kind of person, and that is why I wanted to start this podcast; we will talk to a lot of interesting people, and I will sometimes just talk to you about a few things I hold dear or, I, myself have figured out along this journey of life we are all taking. Thank you for joining me on this journey, and I hope that you, but more so I, will learn something along the way.

Every album tells a story.
Introducing “Final Sessions,” a new audio documentary series about music’s most notable releases. The first season is a 4-part limited series detailing the long and fascinating narrative behind “Losst And Founnd,” singer and songwriter Harry Nilsson’s last album of new music.
Known for timeless hits like “Everybody’s Talkin’,” “Gotta Get Up” (the theme to Netflix’s “Russian Doll”) and “Without You,” Harry was working on his final album right up to his untimely death in 1994, at the age of 52. Now, 25 years later, producer and collaborator Mark Hudson (Ringo Starr, Aerosmith, Ozzy Osbourne) and a cadre of friends, such as Jim Keltner, Van Dyke Parks, Jimmy Webb and even his son Kiefo Nilsson, have helped bring the album to life. “Final Sessions” is an in-depth exploration of Harry’s music, his close friendship with the Beatles, his family life, and how his backstory informed his classic songs.
A new episode airs every Friday in November, leading up to the release of “Losst And Founnd” on November 22nd.

Libby de Franco and Olivia Merwood present ‘Do It Bad’ – A podcast about showing up in the world as your most authentic, loud, and messy self. In these episodes we explore the idea that showing up badly is better than not showing up at all– in fact, sometimes it’s EVEN BETTER.
Join us in our fun, fast-paced discussions, exploring how we (accidentally and intentionally) became the most queer, witchy, cringiest humans– and our hottest tips for how to have the most fun ever and love yourself while doing it. We chat about the ideas and people that have influenced our work in the world, the way that we show up, and the way we BE in the world.
Do it Bad is a big ol’ permission slip to show up in the world however you want– and maybe even when you don’t fucking feel like it at all, because it’s still worth it. 😉

Our show talks about issues that involve everyday life that the mainstream media will not speak or give full details about. From love and relationships to black history, politics, civil rights, police brutality, and injustices throughout the land. Are you tired of the same old news that really does not give any news but just straight lies? Are you fed up with listening to the issues that do not reflect your community and the issues revolving around your community, if you say yes then you are at the right place. At nothing but the truth we are going to give you truthful knowledge and news so you can have the facts you need to have for empowerment and true freedom from the chains of society that lingers you from having true knowledge of ones self and how to change the game around in your favor.
