Are you a parent feeling the struggle of the work-life juggle? We hear you! That’s why hosts Melissa Wilson and Sarah McGilvray have your back each week day. They’re joined by experts ranging from resident GP Dr Sam Hay, to psychologist Belinda Williams. High profile celebrity parents open up about how they do the juggling act, mums share their real-life stories, and they get candid about their own parenting dilemmas to start a conversation and let you know you’re not alone! And if you miss the daily ep, settle in on a Sunday for your weekly catch up. That desire for perfection can start to drive you mad after a while. Trying to be the perfect mum, the perfect boss, the perfect co-worker, sister, partner, ugh! It’s just not feasible and the pressure can start to impact you physically and mentally. But it’s so hard to get off the treadmill and accept that what you do and who you are, is absolutely fine. Psychologist Belinda Williams from The Bumpy Road (and little bubba Angus) join us with some practical tips to changing our mindset and learning to accept that good enough, is enough. Welcome to the M3 Baercast. My name is Malcolm Travers. Male Media Mind is a grassroots organization dedicated to uplifting and unifying the black bear community through dialogue, insight, creativity, and knowledge. I’ve been hosting live streams and sharing content on social media for many years now. I’ve been asked few times to produce a podcast. It’s been a pleasure to make them. Podcasts have the capability to host a longer, more in-depth conversation than our videos on youtube. It also allows you to work or the gym, and you don’t have to worry about visual elements of the show being missing, which allows you to passively partake in our conversations. It gives me a chance to mold and edit the conversations in ways that make our points clear.

We can ask 1,000 people and get 1,000 different answers to this question. I am on a quest to find all the gurus in the wellness space. I am looking for people in and outside the realm of what we assume ‘wellness’ is: fitness experts to environmental activists, naturopaths, innovative medical doctor, western medicine doctors, estheticians, clairvoyants, acupuncturists, mental health professionals, buddhists and so on. I want to hear from their unique points of view, what does achieving wellness look like? What are the barriers to wellness in our society and what are the individual/societal trends that create new roadblocks to achieving wellness? The question also has to be asked about what are the impacts we can have on each other to not only help ourselves achieve wellness, but those around us who may not have the same access we do. Obviously, we all also want to know how to stay young forever! Some of these grander more broadly philosophical questions will be paired with the practical, micro concerns like crow’s feet.
