Happiness Here and Now is talk from the greatest master Astavakra. It is step by step understanding or simply understanding in open session helps achieve the highest meditative state. The teaching is free from yoga, mantra, tantra, meditation , mindfulness still helps us achieve freedom, permanent happiness in life.
Even though we follow a meditation / mindfulness practice until we can be there without any practice
we will follow the four-step approach as taught and passed on to us by great masters of eastern wisdom
Learning the principles – I do not know, let me know it.
Clarity and conviction – I do not understand it, let me understand it
Practice – I do not experience it, let me practice it
Change in life- I do not change, let me share experience and find out how to correct if there is a problem
