The field of cryptocurrency can seem extremely daunting and volatile if you’re not well versed in it. What really is a Bitcoin? What’s a blockchain? What’s proof-of-work and proof-of-stake? How are they all related? How does Elon Musk fit in all of this?
You’ve probably heard some or all of these terms over the last few months, but maybe, like us, you don’t fully understand what it all means, and whether it’s a good place to invest in.
Welcome to ‘A Show About Crypto with Rohan Joshi’ – a show where comedian Rohan sits down with an expert to explain, in the simplest of ways, what cryptocurrency is and how it all works.
Each week, Rohan embarks on a mission to understand for himself what the different aspects of cryptocurrencies are, and how they all come together. Join him in this journey if you have similar questions on your mind as well.
Tune into A Show About Crypto on the IVM Podcasts app, website, or wherever else you get your podcasts from.

In the academic year 2013-14, the department celebrated the centenary of its establishment as Barnett House in 1914. Initially independent from the University, Barnett House moved into a closer relationship with the University and eventually became a department. We celebrated – and continue to celebrate – 100 years of rich history: Barnett House has played a significant part in many of the key debates in the history of voluntary endeavor, social policy, and social research in Britain. Alumni have held or hold prestigious positions in academia, the professions and public service, nationally and internationally. Throughout the year, we held a number of events, including a special Centenary Seminar Series and the Centenary Alumni Lecture, which are available on this page.

Here comes a podcast for “THE WORLD OF TOMORROW!” (but really, it’s like 20 years ago…) Jinkx Monsoon and her long-time comedy partner Nick Sahoyah will take you episode by episode through one of the best-written adult animation shows of our generation: Futurama. With incredible celebrity guests, (many of whom have never seen Futurama before) Jinkx and Nick will give you the in-depth and out-of-this-world analysis you never knew you needed. Starting at its humble beginnings as a fledgling cartoon on Fox, all the way through its three made-for-TV movies, and concluding with its resurrection and final seasons on Comedy Central— we will watch and dissect every. single. episode. Jinkx Monsoon is the internationally tolerated drag superstar you have come to know and love for her dry wit and unique brand of self-loathing. She is joined by Nick Sahoyah who has been her comedy partner long before her Season 5 win of RuPaul’s Drag Race. You can see these two in their long-running web series: “Cool Mom”, as well as the darkly comedic horror short: “Love Follows” on YouTube. As best friends for over twelve years, their continued love of cartoons is as impressive as it is sad. Together, they have watched countless animated series to completion, much to the chagrin of their roommates and romantic partners throughout the years. Of all their favorites, Futurama is by far their most quoted series, as both Jinkx and Nick have a near-encyclopedic knowledge of this oft-overlooked surrealist comedy. If you are a fan of drag, stoner humor, or friends with an oddly mother-and-son-like relationship, then this is the podcast for you! Special guests include hilarious comedians such as Nicole Byer, Margaret Cho, Guy Branum, Monét Exchange, Bob the Drag Queen, and many more! Join us for the first time or the millionth, as we watch each and every episode of the cult classic: Futurama. Tune into this brand new podcast each week to hear Jinkx and Nick’s profound and meticulous dissection of the show they love…possibly too much. On this podcast I will introduce mostly sh*tty things that have taken place over the last week (or whenever really) and provide my sh*tty opinion on those sh*tty things. Usually I just b*tch about my work as a truck driver, talk about my stand-up comedy journey or ramble on about nonsense for 30ish minutes. It’s a clusterf*uck! So, if you’re into that type of thing this show is for you! 😂 Go ahead and subscribe so you don’t miss your weekly-ish dose of Angi B! Long-time friends Clay Lowe (EXTROVERT) and Daniel Ruiz Tizon (introvert), originally bonded over launching their own respective podcasts back in podcasting’s early days and for over a decade talked about doing something together, without it ever coming close to happening.
Finally in late 2020, the duo at last made good on all that show talk, but are realising through doing this live weekly Friday night show that maybe they didn’t really know each other at all.
Listen live Friday night’s on #MixcloudLive @ mixcloud.com/soulcruzer and/or www.wexradio.com/listen.
