“Doses of Melanin” and similar random podcasts

Kids are PEOPLE Too is a parenting podcast where the host, Celita Williams, approaches various topics from the perspective of helping parents to examine and possibly reshape their parenting philosophies and manage expectations of their children. The conversations are based on scientifically proven timelines for child psychological and cognitive development. This is not a traditional parenting podcast. We do talk about how to modify the behavior of our children to achieve desired outcomes, but we also focus on how to look within to find ways that we, as parents, may be contributing to our own parenting challenges. Most importantly, we focus on how to revamp our approach and overcome our parenting struggles.
