Knowing Her is a mindset reset about how to approach and benefit from self-love. It delves into the beautiful world of loving yourself. Once you know and accept yourself for you who are, after that, all there’s left to do is to love yourself through the journey that is your life. This journey is never gender specific, but I ask my listeners to join me as I share my story in the hope that you will also know thyself and love her.
