Find your voice and create your space
Just like my name, I hope that my podcast can be one of a kind. I would like this podcast to be an avenue for intentional and deliberate conversations, as well as ignite a similar spark in the minds and hearts of my listeners. I hope to touch on a variety of issues ranging from critical reflections of my favorite tv shows to my thoughts on societal trends and issues. Ultimately, I would like to use this platform to encourage individuals to find their voice and create their space, regardless of where they find themselves. I want to promote the idea that you should never wait for someone to give you permission to speak up or take your place.
Please, don’t forget to like, comment, and follow.
Instagram: @thisisourspc What does it look like to have a relaxed and flexible relationship with food? One that is not weighed down by the pressures of society or the unreachable expectations of beauty that we place on ourselves as a result of as said society. On this week’s episode, as I reflect on my evolving relationship with food, I discuss 5 takeaways from a recent training.
I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed recording. ✨
What is your own relationship with food? I would love to hear from you.
Tell a friend to tell a friend! Don’t forget to like and follow on whatever platform you are listening to it on. For all the people who have been listening, thank you for riding with me, and for those who are new, welcome to the fam. I appreciate you more than you know.

A new podcast with no limits, and very few rules
Strap yourself in for this no-holds-barred attack on songs and artists we hate. There’s an old saying: “Everyone has an arsehole, and every arsehole is different. And arseholes are also like opinions, and some songs and artists are total shit” (Or something like that…) Lend us your opinions on some of the shittiest songs and bands ever to navigate the S-bend of music history.
Boards Alive is a podcast where we talk about tabletop games. Our goal is to show that tabletop gaming can be just as exciting and engaging as Hollywood movies or big budget video games. We try to highlight games that have a rich theme that connects with the mechanics of the game. We want to help people escape into tabletop games and enjoy the competition and camaraderie of gaming.

This podcast is ALL NOSTALGIA! I’m really going to be exposing my age here, but a lot of the interviews and topics on this podcast will celebrate people whose feats enriched and entertained us over the years – so, from sports to arts and entertainment and culture. You will hear from people who inspired me growing up (and perhaps you), and altered my worldview or ideas about what was possible. If it sounds a little indulgent on my part, I’m sorry, but… it is MY podcast 😉
