Each lecture in this series focuses on a single play by Shakespeare, and employs a range of different approaches to try to understand a central critical question about it. Rather than providing overarching readings or interpretations, the series aims to show the variety of different ways we might understand Shakespeare, the kinds of evidence that might be used to strengthen our critical analysis, and, above all, the enjoyable and unavoidable fact that Shakespeare’s plays tend to generate our questions rather than answer them.

Welcome to Good Grief, a place for us to have a real healthy talk about mourning and loss. In early 2018 I lost my mom to a brief, but brutal fight with lung cancer and I realized that I had no idea how to process my grief. I started journaling and researching and (eventually) healing and this podcast is a result of that process. Each episode is based on a theme that we’ll unpack with expert interviews, novice slice-of-life anecdotes and, where appropriate, some relevant cultural references to help ground these big, scary, heavy ideas. Thank you for listening.

Most people in this world have something in common. We all need to chill out. Now that doesn’t just mean stop doing everything you are doing and be lazy. What I mean by Chill Out is you need to make time in your day to realise what is going on in the world around you and the world in your head. You then need to take this information and use it to improve your mindset and your life. So our mission is to help you chill and change your mindset. We believe this can and will change your life for the better. I am a 17 year old girl who wants to help the ones who feel like they are drowning and don’t know what to do. I am simply making this podcast for teens and young adults who are afraid to speak about mental health to their parents or anyone for that matter.
I’m also making this podcast for parents who don’t know how to help their child when they are struggling through this battle. The road is long, hard and tough but I will be telling you guys things I wish I’d known when facing this path!
Just know you are not alone.
