College planning tips , strategies and various & sundry, not necessarily politically-correct thoughts on the whole college application and scholarships kit and kaboodle. Brought to you by Pearl and Andy Lockwood, best-selling authors, financial aid and admissions consultants based in Long Island New York, a/k/a one of the spazziest places on earth for college stress, weird ultra-competitive behavior by parents and teens! For more info, visit www.LockwoodCollegePrep.com Each month we tell clients “Here’s What You Should Be Doing Now,” so that they never have to wonder about deadlines for applications, financial aid, when to visit colleges, more. In this session, I ranted (briefy) about fake November 1 emergencies and other client behavior, under the guise of advice to 11th grade and younger families, which I called “Here’s What You Should NOT Do in a Year From Now” I hope you take the advice to heart! -Andy Lockwood

Hi hotties! My name is Varshini and my podcast “One for You / One for Me” is a series of conversations with friends, family, and people I admire. Sometimes it’s also just me ranting because I am the embodiment of “strong opinions, loosely held.” My whole reason for starting this podcast is to just have fun – a huge motivating factor in the way I live my life (from my outfits, to my hair, makeup, and the plane tickets I DM my friends at all hours of the day). Each episode will typically culminate with my guest and I exchanging pieces of advice because I am so into self growth and improvement, it’s like kind of a problem (no seriously….but more on that later). I hope you enjoy! Love you lots, xoxo byeee Email me with inquiries/if you want to jump on at oneforvarshini@gmail.com

Murder is a crime of many victims. It affects not only the murdered, but also those who loved them. The Murder in My Family tells the effects of murder from the perspective of the family members of the victims and shows how they, too, are victims in this terrible crime. In October, 1966 twenty year-old wife and mother, Anita Taylor was brutally raped and murdered inside of her Springfield, Ohio home. Anita’s attacker stomped on her and beat her with a bottle. Anita’s eighteen month old son Aaron had also been attacked, but survived the carnage. Anita’s husband came home from work only to discover his wife near death and his injured son in his crib. Police quickly began investigating what would become one of Springfield’s most notorious murders, a murder which remains unsolved to this day despite there being possible DNA from the killer. Aaron Taylor has been searching for years to find out who killed his mother and he discusses his 5 decade journey which included hypnotism, knocking on doors, and getting his hands on files from Anita’s case.If you would like to learn more about Anita’s case, please visit: Taylorcase.comIf you have information about Anita Taylor’s murder, you are asked to call Springfield, OH. Hey! My name is Tanner Devereaux I serve as one of the pastors at Way Maker Baptist Church in South Omaha, NE. My wife and I answered God’s call to plant churches through the SEND Network and Heartland Church Network last year and we are currently enrolled as resident church planters, and co-planting with my wife’s parents Rick and Sherri Lechner at Way Maker BC. I am an 11 time felon that God saved in 2018 in a prison in the state of Missouri, since then I have now finished parole, and by God’s grace left that path behind me. When Jesus came into my life it was like getting hit by a log truck, I’ve never been the same since! God has been generous to me, I have been married to my bride Naomi for almost a year and a half now, and we have our first kid on the way. I currently study at MBTS at Spurgeon College and seek to Glorify God, Equip the Saints, and Make Disciples that Multiply.
