WEEKLY PODCAST TALKING ALL THINGS SKATEBOARDING! Hi im Anthony Shetler and I’ve been skateboarding for 25 years. It was there for me when no one else was: skateboarding, I came across my first skateboard shortly after my father’s life was taken. My skateboard didn’t care that i was poor, emotional and practically homeless. It gave me a sense of self and was an outlet of expression. Through perseverance and fervor I’ve had the opportunity to be sponsored by some of the largest brands in skateboarding; Birdhouse, Zoo York and World Industries, etc. Skateboarding has taken me around the world and back. During this journey I’ve learned that everyone experiences highs and lows; we all need something to keep us moving…For me, All I Need is skateboarding.
The mission behind ‘All I Need’ is to contribute to skateboarding by all means necessary. Being meticulous, resilient, and unwavering in my work ethic has allowed me to understand the principles of business, design, and marketing. My ultimate goal with the AIN brand is to be able to give back all the blessings I’ve received from the skate community. I have an amazing skate team and i will help them reach their goal of becoming professional skateboarders! – Anthony

Every Good Thing is an introductory podcast to the Book of Mormon. What is the Book of Mormon? The Book of Mormon is a book of scripture translated by the power of God as a second witness to the reality, divinity, and role of Jesus Christ as the Savior of all mankind and it contains the fullness of His gospel of salvation. My name is Josh Putnam and I really love talking about the hope that comes from Christ. But I also know well the challenges that life brings and how hard it can be to feel hopeful, even as disciples of Christ. I think that much of that comes from our own misunderstanding of Him and His gospel. So I try to find the hope that lies at the heart of even difficult gospel and religious concepts. The Book of Mormon is a book about Jesus, and a book about hope. So that’s what I try to share here, along with empathy and patience and an acknowledgment of the struggle that this life presents to us. Things don’t always fit neatly into boxes in reality. So a lot of love and patience is needed. And the Book of Mormon tells us that is available to all of us. “I know that [God] loveth His children; nevertheless, I do not know the meaning of all things.” 1 Nephi 11:17, the Book of Mormon p. 20
