We’ll lead you through some thoughtful topics and encourage you to own your “shoveful”. We all have problems, weaknesses, vices, annoying habits, and whole host of other things that make us crappy. Just like in our daily lives, being able to observe, identify, and clean up our shovelful makes our job and really our lives easier. Getting to know that litter box in your brain that hides all this madness is going to be REALLY hard work and it’s definitely not work that’s done in a day.
It won’t all be ugly, they’ll be some fun stories, cute animals, and awesome tales of great leaders and people who are truly changing the world.
