“Rise and Thrive Show” and similar random podcasts
Life’s not easy for anyone. We all experience disappointing stuff. It can really hurt and bring us down or show us new and better ways. There are choices when times are tough and we feel like we’re going to explode, meltdown or give up. Some of us opt for another glass of wine or big piece of chocolate cake to relieve the pain. But there is a price to be paid for “eating our feelings” or drowning them in alcohol. We really don’t want those extra pounds or a headache in the morning. Our podcast is full of better ideas to help turn disappointment into hope and melt pain away for good. It’s fun conversations filled with inspiring real-life stories, fresh attitudes and new ideas. It’s friends helping friends get through and get over negative emotions and crappy feelings and heal the wounds they leave behind. It’s all about living a healthy life full of peace and joy. We hope you’ll give one of our episodes a listen. Were pretty sure you’ll discover something that will put you on a new path that will leave you feeling better about yourself and your life.
