    Jukebox Zeroes

    by

    Since Aug 28, 2017 14:41 UTC

Lilz Martin and Patrick Barry are not music journalists, and are wholly unqualified to conduct criticism of albums that have been infinitely more successful than they could ever hope to achieve. They’re just two local musicians from Massachusetts who have a strange fascination with bad music.

From The Shaggs to Attila to Threatin, share their love on Jukebox Zeroes, the podcast that takes a retrospective look at historically-hated albums.

    Zero to IPO

    Zero to IPO

    by

    Since Jan 11, 2019 22:46 UTC

Most business podcasts follow a similar format: find a successful CEO and have them tell their story. This is not that show. Zero to IPO tackles real world problems with real world experience, featuring actionable advice and anecdotes from some of the world’s most innovative founders. In season one, we broke down each stage of a company’s growth cycle on a granular level with everyone from Parker Harris of Salesforce.com, to Julia Hartz of Eventbrite and Marc Andreessen of Andreessen Horowitz. In season two, we’re mixing up the format and hosting a fresh batch of successful founders and CEOs in conversation with new entrepreneurs whose companies have found themselves at a strategic crossroads. Every growing company faces similar challenges, but not every company talks about them. Zero to IPO is designed to give entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and the public at large an unfiltered view into what it really takes to build a successful company — from start to IPO and beyond.

    All the F*ck In

    All the F*ck In

    by

    Since Oct 31, 2020 13:18 UTC

This is All the Fuck In, a podcast from two entrepreneurs about showing up for social justice in your work. This isn’t your typical capitalist-focused, entrepreneurial business podcast. (There are already plenty of those.) We’re here because we’ve been craving voices rooted in activism, justice, and INTEGRITY with those values.

These are conversations about all things business and entrepreneurship—from a radical perspective that says we don’t have to choose between social justice values and being successful in our work. This won’t be a place where we claim to have all the answers. Our intention is to offer guidance and support while also encouraging our listeners to discover and live into more questions. We believe these conversations require ongoing practice and a consistent dedication to unlearning. If you’re ready to go all the fuck in on what matters most while creating an abundant life, you’re in the right place.

The taco. We’ve all had one. It doesn’t matter where you live. Race, religion, diet. In the last few years, it’s become the new burger. In its simplest form in America, it’s meat, onions & cilantro in a tortilla. Host Rob Gokee, a Los Angeles native & author of the book Tacocity, takes you on a journey of not only taco discovery, but the people who took a chance, and in some cases risked everything to bring their own recipes & dreams to life. Every episode is a different story, a unique look into taquerias across the country!

    Dealing With My Grief

    Dealing With My Grief

    by

    Since Jan 15, 2016 11:01 UTC

My name is Darwyn M. Dave, and I lost my father in April of 1978 when I was just 10 years old. Even though that was a long time ago, I have realized that I’m not “over” his death, but in fact I’m still dealing with it. I’ve started the Dealing With My Grief podcast to discuss how I have been coping with grief and bereavement since that time. It is my hope that in creating this space I am able to connect with others who have lost someone close to them and in some small way help them deal with their pain.
