Host Thomas Baker is a PhD student in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He is a former police officer who studies police culture and police use of force. Thomas is a U.S. Army veteran and a 2018 Pat Tillman Scholar award winner.
