I desire to pave a path to openly and creatively navigating intimacy and conversation with God. Inviting people into a process that gives healthy space for the difficult conversation and what it looks like to untangle and express the words our bodies need to Spiritually and physically heal & mature. As an artist my first voice is as a poet and orator, so I plan to use that as a catalyst to introduce how our identity as children of God gives us home in Him as creators and creatives.

Healing can take place anywhere… even on a white couch. At my fathers house I remember having family and friends over every Fourth of July holiday. Most of the family would congregate in the living room and kitchen; however, in the room with the white couch there were so many conversations of substance. Aunties would talk with nieces, mothers would nurture daughters… it was on the white couch community was built, it was on the white couch healing was facilitated. Through those white couch conversations… I learned that healing could happen anywhere… even on a white couch.

Welcome to my podcast, Her Journey Towards Change. This is a faith-based life coaching podcast for women who, like me, are on a journey to live the best life possible…and then something happens. Something un-foreseen and everything changes. Life feels foreign. You feel stuck. It’s difficult to move forward. And reaching out can be hard. Right? Believe me, I know.
If this is you, this podcast is for you. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I do know who does. God wants more for you. You were created to live your best life. So, I hope you go on this journey with me to a more positive perspective and take those hard steps together through Her Journey Towards Change.
