I’m Alex, I’m a Registered Nurse, and I’m bringing you along on my journey towards becoming the best version of myself physically and mentally, without giving in to my perfectionistic tendencies. I’m talking authenticity, mental health, holding and letting go of relationships, fears and anxieties, my relationship with food and diet culture – nothing is off limits! I want women everywhere to hear my story that’s still being written and take the things that are working for me and be able to apply it in the parts of their lives that they feel aren’t working for them.
