“Be Empowered” and similar random podcasts
This podcast delves deep into exploring the journey of becoming Undone, in all areas of our life and our Self. We can feel this pressure, now that healing and self-help has become more accepted and pursued in the west and doing what the ego does best it has made it into another mountain peak to reach and compare our level of ‘wokeness’ or ‘healed-ness’ to.We explore what it means to surrender to life inside you and outside you using tools, practices and inspiration from Eastern Philosophy along with Western Transpersonal Psychology. Living life authentically, being truly connected to our sense of Self and the universe is simpler than trying to ‘become’ this or that. I want to show you how good it can really get, when we simplify the recipe to life as allowing ourselves to become Undone.Love Bec xoInstagram: www.instagram.com/rebecca.dawn.worrall
