To help us survive spiritually in today’s world we need to understand how God speaks to us. As well as bring to light how the adversary speaks to us. The more we recognize the way both of these influences show up in our lives, the easier it is to discern and not be fooled. After publishing my book, Not Today Satan, I felt like there was more to do to help my friends recognize Satan in their own lives. So here’s a podcast – Not This Week Satan – where we explore weekly; ideas, experiences, and scriptures to be more aware of the adversary’s influence, to help you gain greater desire, confidence, and strength to turn away from the adversary and towards Jesus. Just like in my book Not Today Satan – the Not this Week Satan podcast has many references specific to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but learning how the adversary speaks, attacks, and affects you is helpful and relevant to the peace and happiness of all, no matter your religion.

In this podcast we reference the time in which God delivers his people, Israel, from bondage in Egypt. During the last great plague that fell upon Egypt, God’s people kept the Feast of the Passover. The events and people during this time, are not mere moments in history, but hold great spiritual significance to us today and in the future. For this podcast, we introduce key symbols of Passover, depicting each symbol’s meaning and why it is relevant to our lives.

A weekly ‘informal and informative’ philosophy podcast inspiring and supporting students, teachers, academics and free-thinkers worldwide. All episodes are available at www.thepanpsycast.com. Galileo Galilei is widely considered to be the father of modern science and one of the greatest philosophers to have lived. Galileo played a pivotal role in the developments of the scientific revolution, overturning key tenants of Aristotelian physics and most significantly, advocating mathematics as the language of science. For Galileo, the physics of the past was plagued with unhelpful sensory qualities like colours, tastes, smells and sounds; for science to make progress, he thought, ‘the book of the universe’ must be written in a purely quantitative language. For Durham University’s Philip Goff, this was Galileo’s Error. The hard problem of consciousness was born when Galileo stripped consciousness away from the scientific picture. Somehow, we must find a way back. We must lay the foundations for a new science – a new science of consciousness. Contents Part I. Foundations for a New Science of Consciousness Part II. Further Analysis and Discussion Links Philip Goff, Galileo’s Error (2019). Philip Goff, Website. Philip Goff, Twitter.

This podcast is a weekly report from real Ironhack students that are learning how to code or discovering the fine art of UI/UX design. These students are telling you how it really is to join an intensive coding bootcamp. To go from “no idea” to junior developer in 8 weeks is an intensive grind and Ironhack students go through highs and lows, moments of panic and joy but week-after-week they can’t believe how much they’re growing. Every Friday after class we get together, look back on the week and talk about the good, the bad and the bugs. If you want to transition into a web developer career or want to become a UI/UX designer then Ironhack could be the right family for you.
