A podcast celebrating teachers, teaching and all things education. Each episode an educator chats to ex-teacher Katey about their experiences in the classroom, their views on educations and their wishlists for making teaching and learning a better experience for all.
With two seasons under the belt and a third just starting, tune in to hear from expert educators of Australia and across the world!
We begin with a simple question: How did you get here? The question is asked and answered by Middlebury students, but that’s where uniformity ends. For some, their journey to Vermont is strictly a geographical tale; for others, their travel has been spiritual, metaphorical, one of mind, body, and soul. This project—now in its 11th year but first as a podcast—annually employs four students as Middlebury Fellows in Narrative Journalism. The fellows seek out and interview some of their peers in the student body at Middlebury, and are entrusted with their personal stories.

Welcome to The Get Real W/ J&M podcast where we, Jason and Manny, go over our life experiences and talk about what keeps us motivated to follow our goals, dreams, and passions in life. We highlight our personal struggles and battles growing up and in our current lives, while also discussing ways to become better people and open our minds to different perspectives and opinions. By keeping it real with our different life experiences and opinions, we hope to motivate and inspire people to be the best versions of themselves and help others to feel that they are not alone. We want to spread love and positivity and try to create a common ground where it is safe to talk about differing opinions without judgement. Get positive. Get real. J&M.
