Nataraja Shristi and Ms. Meka Nism have received the “download from spirit” to bring you the Ascended Heart Navigators podcast which will guide you to great healing adventures and holistic journey work while following/ documenting the creation of the new Ms. Meka Nism album focused around heart healing soul journey work. This project will include Poetry, Story Telling, Music, Sound Healing, as well as ceremony and ritual work for individual, generational and global healing and well being.
