    Guess who’s coming to seder?

    Guess who’s coming to seder?

    by

    Since Apr 5, 2023 04:00 UTC

Passovers focal point, the home Seder service, has been an integral part of Jewish continuity and Jewish family life. It is also a time when guests are invited to family Seder’s and contribute to the conversation, discussions, singing, arguments and fun of the rich traditions of Seder night. “Guess who is coming for Seder”, has been conceived by David Roth and created in collaboration with ANU – Museum of the Jewish People. It is an Anu Community Project. Each podcast in this series is a fascinating conversation with David and a guest who is asked which individual from Jewish History they would invite to their family seder, why and what questions they would like to ask them. The person could be from the dead or the living… from the bible, from the world of politics or academia, the Rabbinate, business, literature, the arts or any other walk of life. They might be globally famous, a local icon, or an unsung hero who has played a lasting and significant role in their family’s life and journey. Intertwined in this conversation we learn about David’s interviewees individual Jewish journey. Their part in the continuing Jewish story. “Guess who is coming for Seder” is an audio podcast series whose aim is to honour, celebrate and remind ourselves just how much Seder means to us all.

How parentpreneurs are balancing business and family, prioritizing their families, and overcoming the obstacles of starting and growing a business. I am Jodi Chaffee I’m part of a movement of entrepreneurs who put their family and freedom first. • We redefine success on our terms. • We put our families first in a world that breaks them down. • We question the status quo and base our decisions on trust rather than fear. • We don’t rely on dogmatic customs created in a dead era. We are bent on uncovering truths and to set aside judgments and opinions. • We are committed to designing our lives around our unique vision and values prepared to make room for creativity and innovation. • We deliberately seek after constructive ways to cope and recover. • Our families and tribes are rooted in principles of mindfulness and trust, free of judgement and shame. • We are not casual about our relationships or the use of our time and talents. • We make time for our families and put systems in place for growth and communication without fear of failure or pressure to conform. • We take ownership of our lives, embrace failure as an opportunity to grow, and don’t make excuses. • We have a mission to fulfill and we find purpose and meaning in the pursuit of living out that mission. Launching December 2, 2019

Neil Drought proves that Network Marketing is a great industry that will allow anyone to make time for family and business!

On The Vinyl Supper, Foy Vance chats songs and food with old friends and special guests. During each episode, Foy asks the person at his table what three courses they’d eat and what music they’d listen to at their last meal. And of course, they chew the fat: the catharsis of music, food and friendship. Foy’s pals talk about everything from pairing burgers with oysters to Japanese beef and redneck sushi. Conversations meander through global tours and global lockdown, losing loved ones and winning Grammys, Golden Globes & Emmys (none of which are Foy’s…yet). Come grab a seat at Foy’s table.
