Inner Work Talks is an educational and experiential podcast for curious and introspective spiritual seekers who want to discover, love, heal, integrate, and self-actualize every part of who they are. She believes inner work is for everyone. She decided to branch out of the therapy room and offer inner work education and guidance to those who do not necessarily need therapy, but are wanting to use deep inner work as a path of personal and spiritual growth. She is the founder of The Inner Work Hub and the host of Inner Work Talks, where she helps you discover, love, heal, integrate, and self-actualize every part of yourself.
