I am Kurt Blum, now property investor in the UK, and I will tell you how to start over and reach new heights. Originally from Switzerland, throughout my career I have had jobs from primary school teacher to musician, full-time church organist, street dance crew manager and board trustee until I had enough from everything. I left Switzerland and established my own company as an art dealer and event organiser in Dubai. Having a story that you can relate to might be helpful for people, who want to grow with their personal career, and that’s why I thought of this podcast. To get your mindset there, I will interview successful people on the highs and lows of their careers and what has caused them to SAY YAS to change. “YAS” stands for everything that I said YES to. Catch us for some fun talk every FRIDAY!

WTFR(E) stands for What the Federal Rules(of Evidence)‽ Need to refresh your memory on the federal rules of evidence? Do you really remember all of the exceptions to hearsay? WTFR Civ Pro is in progress! Heads up: — the first episode of What The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is uploaded! WTFRCP will have its own feed, and I’ll share it with you soon — I made mindmaps of both the FRE and FRCP and used them to record WTFRE and WTFRCP, respectively. I’m working on a YouTube series for WTFRE where I read over the mind map so it’s really easy to follow along and see where we are.
