Welcome, to my 30 Day Challenge Journal. I am doing this not to ‘start a podcast’ instead using it more for an accountability tool. I want to run an experiment and create 1 mini podcast episode everyday for the next 30 days, starting today, May 9th 2018. I want to get in the habit of creating more content and higher quality content, I picked audio because it is easy to find time to talk into my phone for a few minutes every day to make an audio and I am hoping it will have a ripple effect on presenting better on video too. You can learn more about me here www.samstone.co

In each short episode of the Project Me Podcast, Kelly Pietrangeli shares the unfolding story of her journey into personal growth. With the benefit of hindsight, she’s able to discover the hidden gifts contained in life’s challenges. Often funny, always inspirational, it’s an entertaining and uplifting look at the different modalities she’s fallen into, the life-changing books she’s read, and the parts of her ‘Project Me’ never before shared publicly. Start with the short pilot episode 0 and listen in chronological order. Unless you like to watch your favourite Netflix series in random sequence… Each episode ends with a turnaround. An opportunity to breathe and reflect on your own life path. All early episodes come with free PDF’s of journal prompts in the show notes for deeper reflections. You are capable of AMAZING things when you step out of auto-pilot, break free from self-limiting beliefs, and re-write your stories from a place of empowerment. Do you want to know one of the biggest secrets that cancer survivors have? It’s that life after cancer treatment ends can sometimes be even more tough than the disease itself. No one understands that like another cancer survivor. Gabby has been there – when the Get Well cards come down and you are alone with your fears, it can be scary, overwhelming– and lonely. Gabby knew she had to change her life and develop healthy habits to go from cancer survivor to Thriver. But working out what to do was confusing and exhausting. Gabby Mottershead, is now a 15 year Inflammatory Breast Cancer survivor-turned-confidence coach and my passion is helping people to rebuild their lives. Gabby says: I want to share everything that I have learned about survival, and how to rebuild your life once treatment ends. I expected to feel invincible once my cancer was gone, but it didn’t. I felt depressed, anxious, and exhausted. ‘Confidence After Cancer’ is for anyone who has finished cancer treatment and maybe feels alone, confused, and not sure how to move forward when all the joy has gone from their life. Life after cancer treatment ends can be another stage to navigate when you are already exhausted. I’m here to help you make the rest of your life the best of your life. When the Get Well cards came down, chemotherapy, surgeries, mastectomy, radiotherapy were all finished. What next? How do you move forward when you are thrown off that roller coaster of treatment? Do you feel alone now that treatment has ended and that no one understands how you feel? Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Are you ready to move forward with your life, but it all feels too overwhelming? If you are ready to change that now – my online course is available for you now : https://www.confidenceaftercancer.co.uk/page/264158-confidence-after-cancer Cancer is devastating on so many levels. Only someone who has been there, like you and me, can truly understand. I have a free ebook to help you get Confidence after Cancer in 7 easy steps : https://www.confidenceaftercancer.co.uk/page/262093 Everyone’s journey is different, and I invite you to join me and see if some of those things might work for you.
