Mental health is often viewed as a taboo topic. We at “Keep it 100 Today” believe that mental health should be normalized and that it is something that should be openly talked about. Too many people feel ashamed or embarrassed to discuss mental health issues, and this only serves to make them feel worse. At “Keep it 100 Today”, we provide a safe and welcoming environment for people to talk about mental health. We want to break down the stigma associated with mental health and provide people with the resources they need to improve their mental health. New episode every Monday – stay tune!

Part talk show and part game show, “I’m Too Effing High” is a half hearted attempt to find out if people are funnier when they’re high. Using the language of comedy in an effort to normalize cannabis, host James Mastraieni guides a panel of stoned comedians through a series of comedy challenges, games, and performances, testing their comedic creativity while being too effing high. More unpredictable than a 100mg edible, this is the funniest show you’ll never remember.

Not Your Little Lady is a podcast featuring women living outside of the South’s socially accepted norms. Listen and relate as we laugh, cry and share stories about facing obstacles and how it feels to come out on the other side. We will talk about things that piss us off, the booze we like to drink, and historical women who have made a difference. Topic experts will give advice and relay realistic steps on how to implement it in our daily lives. We’ll explore the importance of women owning their past, present and future while keeping it light and funny, like a lady will do.

Concerning Virgins (De Virginibus) is a series of letters, compiled into three “books,” St. Ambrose wrote to his sister, Manellia, These, perhaps Ambrose’s earliest writings, were written in 377 CE. Written in a rather light-handed non-technical style they appear as ethical guides to women who are contemplating entering nunneries. More importantly, they set the tone for Ambrose’s later writing on ethics. Concerning Virgins was referred to by other patristic writers including St. Jerome, St Augustine and Cassian, and are now included in the extra-biblical cannon of the early church fathers.

My mom and me have fun together. We are always being petty with each other. What is petty you ask? It’s when you go out of your way to do something that you really should have just let go and did nothing. But sometimes we can’t let it go, that’s where the petty comes in. On the other hand, my mom makes sure that I am aware of the things that are happening around me. That is where real conversations come in. I feel comfortable talking to my mom about everything. This podcast is to help families laugh and spark topics that will allow them to have real talk, tell me how you really feel.
