At the start of the quarantine and shelter in place orders during the COVID19 pandemic, I decided to create a virtual neighborhood stoop on which come together, talk about how we feel, apply some yogic wisdom and do a daily guided meditation. The first season episodes were all originally on Instagram Live with accompanying video and live participation from guests and we called it “It’s A Workable Day In The Neighborhood” for those 32 days. For Season 2 onward, these weekly, lively, un-polished sessions are called simply “Stoop Sits” so we can keep the neighborly goodness going.
