Other topics I will discuss will be mental health, self-reflection, inner peace, you vs. you, intuitive feelings, trusting your gut instinct, and so forth. my main goal is to help you meet your higher self, and become more intuned with your soul. i want this podcast to be a place where you feel okay, this is a judgment-free zone and an overall positive space/ energy.
