“Authentically Debz: A Southern Girl Looks at 70” and similar random podcasts
‘Authentically, Debz’ is a serial, episodic, autobiographical podcast. It is a Southern girl looking at 70. It is the story of my life, the through-line of which has been my life with OCD(1 of the 3 major mental illnesses in the world). My podcast, and my life, has included agony, ecstasy and joy. It is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. You will not be bored! Hopefully you can relate to it in some way(s). This, the first year of my podcast, is my telling the story of my life. Next year, my 2nd season, will be an interview format, where I will interview my partner/producer/editor Ashley Velasco who greatly helped make the podcast possible, folks in the entertainment industry(actors and other performers, directors, producers, etc. ) as well as mental health authors, practitioners and patients with OCD and/or with other mental illnesses. I will also be interviewing listeners to my podcast who, have something to share or ask, as well as some family members and friends. Please take a listen and subscribe, leave a review, or just say “hi.” Stay safe and well, and blessings to all of you, and let’s be kind to each other, Debora.
