Hammer and Nails is a twice-weekly collaboration with husband & wife team, Skip & Alison Bedell, who co-host Spike TV’s Catch A Contractor with Adam Carolla. Skip, a licensed contractor, and Alison, a Probation Officer, are known for making everyone sick with how in love they are, and they love to offer relationship advice, and routinely discuss several topics like current events, DIY segment “Skip’s Tips”, Alison’s “Random Thoughts”, things that make them shout “What the F*ck?!”, viewer/listener questions, and hysterical banter about what’s happening in their lives. This is a raw, mostly unedited podcast with the Bedells while they record at home and on the road in the entertainment industry, and they will be sure to make you feel like you’re sitting right there hanging out with them.

God is writing a great big story and you have a standing invitation to be a part of it. Every week, host Meridith Foster sits down with a guest to share their chapter in God’s Unfolding story. If you or someone you love has struggled with anxiety or depression, you know how crippling that can be. For Kati Pessin, depression was something she first grappled with as a middle schooler and it’s been a part of her life since. The struggle has taken her to the lowest moments of her life, but it’s also been a place where God has revealed her need for him and his love for her in a very powerful way.

With the passing of my father in 2016 and the prior deaths of my sister and mother, I suddenly realized there are memories I have that no one else does (certainly from my perception). I am memorializing them (mostly) for my son, daughter, nephews and nieces. The title is an homage to my uncle Tito, which I explain in my inaugural episode.
