History has shown repeatedly that a moral decline in man leads to intellectual decline, and intellectual decline leads to ignorance (darkness) and conjecture. When darkness falls upon the face of the deep, men who strive for moral and intellectual balance are obligated to pursue efforts to bring reason and rational out of ignorance (darkness) and conjecture. For ignorance and conjecture over time lead to a path that misguides, and it is the misguided ones who eventually fall into misbelief, then disbelief, soon followed by the emergence of weak morals, corruption, falsehoods, and finally previsions. “Natural Law”, a system of preexisting conditions inherently fixed in the universe, regulate the balance of the seen and unseen forces, a check and order for all living organisms (except man), in an ever evolving universe, set in motion by the omnipotent One, the (Creator). Yet time has proven that Natural Law is not enough to restrict man from deviating from the intended path that leads to freedom, liberty, and justice for all humanity. It should be obvious that the Creator has given the human being the autonomy from the gravity of Natural Law and even the
